Two brands, one company
EKINSOL BV trades under two names. Flowz (flowz.be) makes wooden magnets, keyrings and gift boxes, mostly in Dutch and mostly for the Belgian and Dutch market. Steam Machine Prints (steammachineprints.com) makes 3D printed faceplates for the Steam Machine, in English, for the EU.
They are separate shops with separate products. What they share is a workshop in Zedelgem, a VAT number and the same people answering the email.
Whichever brand you buy from, EKINSOL BV is the seller. That is the name on your invoice and on your bank statement, and it is who you deal with for returns, warranty and complaints.
Not affiliated with Valve Corporation
Steam Machine Prints is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or otherwise connected to Valve Corporation.
"Steam", "Steam Machine" and related names and logos are trademarks of Valve Corporation. We use those names purely to describe which device our accessories fit. That is nominative use, and it implies no approval by Valve.
Everything we sell is designed and manufactured by us. We do not sell Valve hardware, Valve components, or anything carrying Valve artwork or branding. Where our products relate to Valve's published open-source designs, for instance a panel with an aperture cut for the e-ink module, we make only the panel. The module, its firmware and its documentation are Valve's.
Prices, VAT and invoicing
All prices are in euro and include Belgian VAT at the applicable rate. Consumers in other EU countries are charged VAT according to the applicable EU distance selling rules. [TODO: verify the VAT treatment used at checkout, in particular whether the OSS scheme applies and how VAT is shown for other EU countries.]
An invoice is sent by email with every order. Business customers who need their VAT number on the invoice can supply it at checkout or email us afterwards.
Complaints and disputes
Start with an email. We answer everything ourselves and most things are settled in one message.
If we cannot reach a solution, a consumer resident in Belgium can bring the dispute to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Mediation pour le Consommateur), consumentenombudsdienst.be. [TODO: verify the current out-of-court dispute route and its contact details. Do not link the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, which was discontinued in 2025.]
