1. Who you are buying from
Steam Machine Prints is a brand of EKINSOL BV, a company registered in Belgium under VAT number BE 0740.479.291, based in Zedelgem, near Bruges. EKINSOL BV is the seller, the party named on your invoice, and the party you deal with for returns, warranty and complaints.
EKINSOL BV runs two brands: Flowz (flowz.be) and Steam Machine Prints (steammachineprints.com). They share a workshop and a company, not a product range.

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. What we sell
We sell 3D printed faceplates for the Steam Machine (2026). The standard panel measures 156 x 126 x 8,7 mm, is printed in matte PLA and holds four magnets. It replaces the front cover and does not change anything inside the machine.
Our panels are accessories of our own design and manufacture. They are not original parts and they are not sold as such.
Colour and finish vary slightly between production batches, most noticeably on the wood-fill and metal-look surfaces. Filament is mixed material and no two runs come out identical. These variations are part of the product and are not treated as manufacturing faults. If the exact shade matters to you, ask us before we ship and we will photograph your actual panel.
Product photographs and on-screen colour swatches are an indication. Screens differ, and a printed surface will never match a rendered one exactly.
3. Orders and payment
You receive a confirmation by email when you place an order. The order becomes final once we have received payment. Until then no contract exists between us.
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We may refuse an order if the details are incomplete, if payment fails, if the item turns out to be out of stock, or if we suspect misuse. If we refuse an order that you have already paid for, you get a full refund.
Payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. [TODO: verify which payment provider is used for steammachineprints.com and name it here.]
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship from Belgium. Delivery times, costs and carriers are set out in full on our Shipping and Returns page, and the cost that applies to your order is shown at checkout.
Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you, not when it leaves our workshop. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, that is ours to sort out. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date, and we will find a solution.
5. Cancelling your order
As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
On top of that we make a commercial promise: 30 days to send a panel back, opened or not. The 30-day promise is something we offer voluntarily and it does not limit or replace your statutory rights.

6. Custom prints and uploaded images
Some products are made to your specification, for example a panel printed with a photograph you upload through our configurator. These are personalised goods.
Personalised goods are excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and from our 30-day promise. This exception is set out in Belgian consumer law for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Once we start producing your panel, the order cannot be cancelled. You can of course still return a personalised panel if it is faulty or does not match what you ordered.
You keep all rights to the images you upload. By uploading you grant EKINSOL BV a limited licence to store, process, adapt for print and reproduce your image for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your order.
You confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or portrait rights. If a rights holder makes a claim against us over an image you supplied, you are responsible for it.
We do not use customer uploads in our own marketing, on the website or on social media, unless you give us explicit permission first.
We refuse and delete uploads that are unlawful, that infringe someone else's rights, or that depict hateful, violent or sexual material involving real people. If we refuse an order on this basis we refund it in full and tell you why.
7. Warranty and conformity
Everything we sell to consumers comes with the statutory guarantee of conformity under Belgian law: two years from delivery. If a panel is faulty or does not match what was advertised, you are entitled to repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or a refund where repair or replacement is not possible.
If something is wrong on arrival, email us within 7 days with photographs of the problem. That is not a deadline on your statutory rights, it is simply the fastest way for us to get a replacement out to you.
The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, drops, moisture or heat, panels that have been modified, or normal wear such as scuffing from repeated swapping.
8. Intellectual property
The designs, 3D models, photographs, texts and logos on this site belong to EKINSOL BV or to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
Buying a panel gives you the panel. It does not give you a licence to reproduce the design or to resell copies of it.
Photographs in our Photo Series are credited to the photographer on the product page and remain their work.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of a product, for colour and material tolerances inherent to 3D printing, or for delays caused by carriers or other third parties.
Our liability is in any case limited to the value of the products ordered. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under Belgian law.
10. Not affiliated with Valve
Steam Machine Prints is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Valve Corporation.
"Steam", "Steam Machine" and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. We use those names only to describe which device our accessories fit, which is what they are: accessories of our own making, designed and produced by us.
We do not sell Valve hardware, Valve parts or anything containing Valve artwork.
11. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we use your details to handle your order and to run our shop, and we never sell them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Nothing here removes the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most things are settled in one message.
If we cannot work it out, a consumer resident in Belgium can bring the dispute to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Mediation pour le Consommateur), consumentenombudsdienst.be. Otherwise the courts of the district where EKINSOL BV has its registered office have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. [TODO: verify the current out-of-court dispute route to list; the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025, so do not link to it.]
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for instance when our products or the law change. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the moment you place it. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed.
